Simply Bits Billing FAQ

Can I get a single invoice for all my locations?

We get this one a lot. Right now, our system generates one invoice per service address. That means if you have multiple locations, you’ll receive a separate bill for each one.

What should I expect on my first bill?

Your first bill covers:

  • A prorated charge from your installation date to the end of the current month
  • The full cost of your next month’s service

Example:

  • Plan: Basic — $79/month
  • Install date: Aug 17
  • Charges:
    • Aug 17–31 prorated: $35.68*
    • September service: $79.00*
    • First bill total: $114.68*

*Applicable taxes are extra, where required by law.

What’s included in my monthly residential charge?

Your monthly plan includes:

  • Internet access, 24/7, every day of the year
  • Speeds up to the maximum listed in your plan:
    • Basic: 25 Mbps download / 7 Mbps upload
    • Family: 50 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload
    • Ultimate: 100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload
  • Unlimited support—any time, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Required regulatory fees and taxes (added monthly where applicable)

Note: Residential service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Running a business or working from home? We’ve got you covered with business plans:

  • Business Basic: 25 Mbps download / 14 Mbps upload
  • Business Ultimate: 100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload
  • Custom business plans available on request
When will my credit card be charged?

Most customers are charged automatically on their billing cycle date—usually the 20th or 25th of each month. Your billing date may vary, so if you have questions or need to arrange a different payment setup, give our support team a call at 1-844-846-4994. We’re available 24/7.

When will I receive my bill?

We generate bills 10 days before the next service cycle, so you can expect your monthly invoice around the 20th of each month.

How will I receive my bill?

You’ll receive your monthly bill by email, attached as a PDF file. To view it, you’ll need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat.

Pro tip: If you update your email address, let us know right away so your bills don’t get lost.
