Billing Transition Help

Why is this change happening?

In October 2021, Simply Bits became part of the Ting family. Since then, we’ve been working behind the scenes to bring Simply Bits onto Ting’s enhanced billing and account management platform. This move is all about improving your experience–with more reliable, streamlined account tools.

What to expect

  • • All Simply Bits customers will move to Ting’s billing system
  • • You’ll get an email when it’s time to update your payment method
  • • Updating your payment info ensures your service continues without interruption
  • What do I need to do?

    Once you receive an email from Ting asking you to update your payment details:

    1. Log in to your Ting account
    • Visit ting.com/account.
    • Use the email address linked to your Simply Bits account.
    • If you haven’t set a password yet, click Forgot password and follow the steps to reset or create one.
    2. Update your payment method
    • Once you're logged in, follow the prompts to enter your updated billing details.
    Important info to know
    • Updates made in your Simply Bits wallet won’t carry over–you’ll need to re-enter your payment method on Ting’s platform.
    • You’ll have a specific deadline to update your info (we’ll include this in the email we send you).
    • Miss the deadline and your service may be interrupted.
