• Have pre-ordered Ting Internet (yes, pre-orders and Ting Town waitlist folks qualify too!)

• Unlimited talk, text, and data: No throttling or caps.
• 5G Coverage: High-speed access with a compatible phone.
• Hotspot included: Share your data as a hotspot.
• Flexibility: Cancel anytime, no penalties.

For just $25 per line, per month.

You qualify for the $25 Unlimited Ting Town Plan if:

• You live in a Ting Town.
• You don’t have Ting Internet.
• You’re signing up for Ting Mobile as a standalone service.

1. Order Ting Internet

• Visit Ting to sign up or pre-order Ting Internet service.
• If you're signing up for the $25 unlimited combo, you can skip this step.

2. Set up your mobile account

• Create your Mobile account. Use the same email address as your internet account to link both.

3. Check phone compatibility

• Use Our Device Checker: Confirm your Device Compatibility with Ting.

• Need a phone? Get one from the Ting Shop.

4. Get a SIM

• Check Your Physical SIM: If you already have a Ting SIM, check the compatibility.
• Need a SIM?: Order one from the Ting Shop.
• eSIM Option: If your phone supports eSIM, choose "Get eSIM" during activation.

5. Activate your service

• Ting SIM cards arrive in 2–3 business days.
• Activate a new number or transfer a number to Ting to complete setup and start enjoying Ting Mobile.

Can I keep my current number?‍

Yes! You’ll need your carrier’s account number and PIN. Learn how to transfer your number.

Are there extra charges?‍

State and federal taxes apply. Additional charges may occur for international roaming and long-distance calls.

Can I add lines?

Absolutely. Each extra line is just $10/month when you bundle with Ting Internet, or $25/month on its own. That means four lines with Ting Internet is only $40/month.

Can I join if I’m on a contract? Will Ting cover early termination fees?

To bring your service and device to Ting, you’ll need to be free of any existing contracts with your current provider. Unfortunately, Ting does not cover early termination fees associated with breaking your current wireless contract.
