Using the Ting chat feature
Need help? Here's a simple guide to getting help with quick troubleshooting tips, or chatting with a real human from the Ting support team.
Connect With Us
1. Get started by visiting the Ting Laguna Woods Village support page
Go to internet.ting.com/ting-laguna-woods-village.
2. Click the “Chat if you have questions!” button
You’ll find it in the bottom-right corner of the page.

3. Select “Internet” as your topic
This helps route your question to the right place.

4. Choose “Residential” as your service type
This tells us you're looking for home internet support.

5. Type your question into the chat box
Type your question and hit the ↑ arrow.
You’ll get instant tips or troubleshooting suggestions.

6. Still need help? Type “speak to an agent”
When prompted, click “Yes” to move to the next step.

7. Choose how you’d like to connect
- Chat with a live agent
- Agent calls me back – get a phone call from a real person

8. If you choose “Chat”
You’ll be asked for your name and email. Once entered, stay in the window—an agent will join shortly.

9. If you choose “Agent calls me”
Just type in your name and phone number. A Ting agent will call you soon after.
