Great question. Ting internet is $40 per month for speeds up to 2,000 Mbps up and down, and DirecTV Stream is $25 per month with 100+ channels and local networks. Residents can choose to add more DirecTV packages if they’d like.
These services are bundled into HOA fees, so residents won’t pay Ting directly. The combined $65 per month will appear in the January 2027 assessment fee.
