Starting August 2026, DirecTV will begin rolling out in phases, bringing a new streaming TV experience your way.

Getting started with DirecTV


When will DirecTV service be available?

DirecTV rollout begins Friday, Aug 1, 2026 and will continue through late November.

Service is delivered in phases, so not everyone will be connected at the same time.

How do I get set up?

No sign-up necessary. Service is included for everyone.

Here’s what to expect:
  • DirecTV will create your account.
  • You’ll be contacted during your rollout phase.
  • Your username will be your email address (with your unit).
  • You’ll receive a temporary password for first login.
  • If you need a hand, contact DirecTV support.
Is DirecTV included in the HOA fee?

Yes.
Starting January 2027, Ting Internet and DirecTV Stream will be included in your HOA fee. You won’t need to purchase DirecTV separately to access the included service.

Watching and using the service


Do I need a satellite dish?

Nope!
DirecTV is fully streamed over your internet.

How do I watch DirecTV?

You can watch using:

  • The DirecTV app on your smart TV, phone or tablet.
  • A DirecTV Gemini streaming device (two devices and voice remotes are included).
What channels are included?

You'll receive the DirecTV ENTERTAINMENT package, plus premium content:

  • Max (HBO, Cinemax and the Max app).
  • Paramount+ with Showtime.

A full channel lineup will be shared once it’s available.
