How to Report a Construction Concern in Laguna Woods Village

What counts as a construction concern?
Reach out to us if you notice:
- Visible construction damage to your property
- Incomplete restoration or messy finishing work
- Equipment or debris left behind
- Issues with landscaping after installation

There are two easy ways to report a construction issue:

2. Scroll to the Updates section.
3. Click Report a Construction Concern.
4. Fill out the form and hit Submit.

Please include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Your address and where the issue is located.
- A short description of the problem (photos are great if you have them!).
What happens next?
Once we receive your report, here’s what we do:
- Track it: Every report is logged so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Check it: We confirm whether the area passed our final quality check.
- Fix it: If something’s not right, we’ll send someone out to take care of it.
