Setting up your voicemail
Stay connected, even when you can’t answer
Basic voicemail is a simple, no-frills way to stay on top of missed calls. Just dial into your inbox to hear your messages—no data, no apps, just a reliable way to catch up when you can’t pick up.
⚠️ Important note about voicemail: If you switch carriers, change SIM cards, or turn off voicemail in your Ting account, all your voicemails will be deleted. Unfortunately, deleted voicemails cannot be restored.
