Setting up your voicemail

Stay connected, even when you can’t answer

Basic voicemail is a simple, no-frills way to stay on top of missed calls. Just dial into your inbox to hear your messages—no data, no apps, just a reliable way to catch up when you can’t pick up.

⚠️ Important note about voicemail: If you switch carriers, change SIM cards, or turn off voicemail in your Ting account, all your voicemails will be deleted. Unfortunately, deleted voicemails cannot be restored.

  4. Scroll to the Minutes section and click the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Toggle Can use voicemail to On, then choose your voicemail type.
  6. Click Save.
