Updating your payment method for Ting Mobile

Managing Your payment method

Ting accounts are set up for automatic billing to your credit or debit card, making life easier. You can update or add a new payment method anytime in your account settings.

How to add a new payment method

1. Log in to your Ting account.

2. Go to Account Settings on the left-hand menu.

3. Scroll to the Payment Method section and click Update payment method.

4. Enter your payment information, including your billing address. If you want to use the same address, click the option for Use current service address.

5. Click Save.

6. Your payment method is now updated! The new payment method will be used for your future monthly billing cycles.

Available payment methods

We accept credit, debit, and some prepaid cards from most major companies as long as they have an American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa logo.

Authorization hold

When you add a card to your Ting account, you may see a $1 authorization immediately afterward. This is just a hold to check if the card is valid and should disappear after 24-48 hours.
