Canceling your Ting Mobile account

While we’d love to keep you around, we know plans change. If you’re ready to move on from Ting Mobile, we’ll help make the process as smooth as possible. Whether you're switching carriers or just taking a break, we’ll walk you through what to expect and how to wrap things up–no confusion, no hassle.

What to expect when you cancel

  • Your account will deactivate within 48 hours.
  • Any lines remaining on your account will be canceled and deactivated.
  • To keep your number, complete your port-out request before canceling.
  • Your final bill will be available about a week after cancellation, and your card on file will be charged automatically.
  • Accounts with an outstanding balance will not be canceled, and the balance will need to be cleared prior to canceling.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in to your Ting Mobile account.
  2. Select Account Settings in the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down to manage services.
  4. Select Port out or cancel Mobile service.
  5. Click No thanks. Cancel my account.
  6. Complete the cancelation survey.
  7. Select Submit.
