Getting help with your Ting Internet (after installation)
If your Ting Internet isn’t working quite right – like slow speeds, dropped connections or trouble getting online – don’t worry. We’re here to help.
Start with the Ting Laguna Woods Village support page. You can chat directly with a Ting support rep for quick, real-time help using the “Chat if you have questions” feature.
Quick things to try first
Restart your equipment
Unplug both your Eero router and your modem for 30 seconds. Then plug them back in.
Check your cable connections
Make sure everything is securely connected.
What the router (the box) lights mean
- White: Everything is working normally
- Flashing blue: Trying to connect
- Red: No connection – try restarting or check for an outage
You can also open the Eero app to check your network status or run a speed test.
Can’t connect to your Wi-Fi?
Once your Eero network is set up, you’ll need to connect your devices (like your phone, tablet or smart TV).
Here’s how:
- Go to Wi-Fi settings on your device.
- Find your Eero Wi-Fi network name (the one you chose during setup).
- Select it and enter your Wi-Fi password.
A few helpful tips
- If you used the same network name and password as your old router, many of your devices might reconnect automatically.
- If something doesn’t connect right away, try toggling Wi-Fi off and back on – or just restart the device.
- Need extra help? Visit the Eero support site for step-by-step guides.
Still stuck? Ting’s support team can troubleshoot with you and if needed, schedule a technician to swing by and take a look.
