Setting up your visual voicemail

Ting Voicemail: Stay connected, your way

Ting offers two voicemail options to suit your needs:

  • Basic voicemail: Dial into your inbox to listen to messages.
  • Visual voicemail: View and select messages from a list.

While Ting doesn’t offer a specific visual voicemail app, most newer factory-unlocked phones include this feature built into their operating system. If your phone doesn’t have a pre-loaded app, third-party options like YouMail are available for download.

Important note about voicemail

If you switch carriers, change SIM cards, or turn off voicemail in your Ting account, all your voicemails will be deleted. Unfortunately, deleted voicemails cannot be restored.
