Updating your Ting account information

Managing your Ting account is simple and straightforward. Here's how you can make updates to your account details, payment methods, and more.

Edit your account details

  1. Log in to your Ting account.
  2. Go to Account settings.
  3. Under Account details.
  4. Click Edit account details.
  5. Update your name, email address, or primary contact number.
  6. Click Save changes.

Update your payment method

  1. Log in to your Ting account.
  2. Navigate to Account settings.
  3. Scroll to the Payment method section and click Update payment method.
  4. Select Ting Mobile and click Next.
  5. Enter your new payment details, including your billing address.
  6. Click Save changes.

Your updated payment method will apply to all future monthly billing cycles.

Update account security and preferences

Reset your password

Need to change your password? Simply use the Reset Password button in your account settings to update your login credentials.
Don't remember your current password? Reset it on the Ting website.
