Paying a balance on your Ting mobile bill
If your account has an unpaid balance, we’ll notify you through multiple channels to help you resolve it and avoid service interruptions.
How we'll notify you
If we’re unable to process your payment:
- Red Banner: A banner at the top of your Ting account page will notify you when you log in.
- Text Message: You’ll receive an SMS alert on your primary Ting number (if SMS notifications are enabled).
- Email: We’ll send one or more emails to the address associated with your account.
Making a payment on your outstanding balance
Follow these steps to settle your balance:
1. Log in to your Ting account.
2. Click the here link in the red banner to go directly to your account settings.

3. Scroll down to Payment Method and select Update Payment Method.
4. Choose Ting Mobile and click Next.
5. Enter your payment details and billing address.
6. Click Save Changes to initiate payment for your outstanding balance.
Once saved, your new payment method will be used for future billing, and can be updated at any time.
