Making an international long-distance call
Follow these steps to ensure your call connects smoothly:
- Enter the U.S. exit code (011): Begin with 011 to signal an international call from the U.S.
- Add the country code: Every country has its own dialing code. Use our country code directory.
- Dial the local phone number: Enter the rest of the number, including any area codes required for the location.
Your long distance call should be: 011 + Country Code + Local Number
