These are casual opportunities to stop by, meet the team, and learn more about the fast, reliable internet we’re bringing to your neighborhood. At each pop-up, we’ll be ready to answer questions, share helpful information, and provide handouts. Ting Internet will be onsite at the Laguna Woods Village Recreation Event at the Performing Arts Center during Vicki Lawrence’s Saturday evening event from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Stop by the Ting table to say hello, ask questions, and learn more about fiber internet and upcoming service updates in the community. We look forward to seeing you there!

In the coming 30 - 60 days, Ting will begin installations in Nodes 3 and 5 in the South East Work Zone near Gate 4. If you are in one of these nodes be on the lookout for additional communications coming from Ting. Our team looks forward to bringing fiber internet right to your door. If you have not already done so please verify that Resident Services has your current email and telephone number. Ting will rely on this contact information to schedule your installation.

Ting is now actively installing services to residents of Laguna Woods Village. Currently residents living in Nodes 8, 9, and 11 in the Southeast Work Zone between Gates 1 and 3 and Nodes 2 and 4 also in the Southeast Work Zone between Gates 3 and 4 will have already received notifications. Our team will be reaching out to schedule your installation or may have already done so. We’re excited to bring you the benefits of blazing-fast fiber internet.

Over the next 30 - 60 days, Ting construction will expand to Nodes 13 in the Northeast Work zone near Gate 5 and Node 18 also in the Northeast Work zone near Clubhouse 4. Our crews will be preparing these neighborhoods for the arrival of fiber internet. We’ll work efficiently to minimize disruptions while building the network that will soon bring next-generation connectivity to your community.
