1. Eligibility
The Ting x Memphis Grizzlies Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ting Fiber LLC (“Sponsor”), Tucows Inc., Memphis Basketball, LLC, the Memphis Grizzlies, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored and administered solely by Ting Fiber LLC, a subsidiary of Tucows Inc. (“Sponsor”).
Memphis Basketball, LLC, the Memphis Grizzlies, the NBA, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors of, administrators of, or responsible for this Promotion in any manner.
Tickets awarded as prizes were obtained by Sponsor pursuant to a separate sponsorship relationship with Memphis Basketball, LLC. Memphis Basketball, LLC and the Memphis Grizzlies have no role in planning, administering, operating, promoting, or conducting the Promotion.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities, may be disqualified.
Entries generated by automated means, scripts, bots, or third-party services are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Memphis Grizzlies home game scheduled for April 6, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $320.00 per ticket/$640.00 for one pair.
Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing venue, team, and NBA.
Transportation, lodging, parking, food, and all other expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about April 2 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release where permitted by law.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries; technical or network malfunctions; human error; or any inability to contact the potential winner due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Memphis Basketball, LLC, the Memphis Grizzlies, the NBA, and their respective affiliates have no responsibility for the administration of the Promotion, the collection of entries, the selection of winners, or the awarding of prizes. Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of the Promotion.
10. Release of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Memphis Basketball, LLC, the Memphis Grizzlies, the NBA, and their respective owners, members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period to:
