• How fast is a Simply Bits internet connection?

  

  Like most broadband connections, our service is optimized for faster download speeds compared to upload speeds. This configuration aligns with common internet activities such as web browsing, email, streaming, gaming, and file downloads, which typically require more download bandwidth.

  All speeds are measured in megabits per second (Mbps) or kilobits per second (Kbps). With Simply Bits broadband, download speeds are always higher than upload speeds. 

  Simply Bits offers a range of internet speeds to accommodate both residential and commercial needs. Residential plans provide speeds from 25 Mbps download / 7 Mbps upload to 100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload, making them ideal for everyday activities like browsing, streaming, gaming, and remote work. 

  Commercial plans range from 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload to 1 Gig symmetric, delivering high-performance connectivity for businesses with greater data demands. • What is fixed wireless?

  

  Fixed Wireless is a high-speed internet solution that delivers broadband connectivity through radio signals instead of traditional cables like fiber or DSL. It provides a reliable alternative for areas where wired infrastructure may be limited or unavailable.

  Simply Bits offers a Fixed Wireless service designed for outdoor high-speed data delivery. Our network is fully compatible with WiFi, allowing you to connect your home devices seamlessly.

  We operate numerous tower sites throughout the Tucson metro area. To establish your connection, we install a Subscriber Module (a radio and antenna) on your home, which is pointed to the nearest tower with the best coverage in your area.

• What is included in my residential monthly charge?
  

  

  Your monthly residential service charge includes:

• Do you offer mobile bundles?

  

  Any Simply Bits residential customer can add unlimited mobile service for just $10/month per line, an unlimited number of lines. But, it’s not really a bundle, since we won’t lock you into a contract or require you to take the mobile phone service to get a low price on internet.

• What if my business has multiple locations?

  

  With multiple locations, Simply Bits will streamline your communications by building a network system to link users who are physically separated or in different cities. After reviewing your specific needs, we design an infrastructure to work across multiple locations with no lines or circuits required. You can easily transfer calls between offices with a four digit extension; centralize operators or specialties; easily relocate users and resources; forward calls among locations; and if needed, we are happy to provide consolidated billing.
