Activating your Ting connection

Verify your ONT is still present
Think of your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) as your “fiber modem.” Ensure that it, the fiber cable from the wall, and the power cord are all there.
Step 2
Place your order

Confirm your equipment needs
If needed, we’ll provide a high-speed router. If the ONT or some of its cabling is missing, we’ll get a technician to you as soon as possible.

Enjoy Ting Internet!
Once you’re all set equipment-wise, we’ll remotely activate your lightning-fast internet service.

Not to worry! Just let us know when you’re making your order, and we’ll schedule our earliest available appointment slot for a technician to come out to you and reinstall the equipment.
What if I need a router?
Also a quick fix. Occasionally we can have one dropped off for you, but even if not, it’ll just take 3-4 business days to ship.
