Elliot Noss
With 25+ years of experience, Elliot founded Ting Internet in 2014 with a goal of disrupting the telecommunications industry by building an independent ISP to provide customers more choice and better customer experiences. Under his leadership, Ting has pioneered broadband public-private partnerships in the United States helping municipalities and cities interested in building fiber infrastructure without having to run and operate an ISP as well.
Elliot believes the internet is the greatest agent of positive change the world has seen, a belief that is the driving force behind his work and advocacy to push for increased access to an open internet. Elliot chairs the University of Toronto's Department of Computer Science Advisory Board, is a distinguished graduate of the University of Toronto where he earned a BA in Commerce and Economics, as well as of the University of Western Ontario where has an MBA and LLB.

CJ Ehrenreich
CJ Ehrenreich brings over 35 years of telecommunications leadership experience, specializing in large-scale network deployments and operational excellence. As Vice President of Networks, Construction & Engineering at Ting Internet, she oversees Construction, Field Operations & Supply Chain Operations, National Enablement & Fiber Operations, and Network Operations & Engineering. Her leadership ensures seamless network expansion, quality standards, and innovative approaches to fiber infrastructure development.
Before joining Ting, CJ played a pivotal role at Google Fiber, leading multi-million-dollar cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency improvements. A U.S. Army veteran, she has also held leadership roles at MCI Telecommunications, McLeodUSA, Sprint-Nextel, and Duke Energy, where she drove transformational change, optimized construction and engineering processes, and led capital investment strategies.
CJ is passionate about leadership development, process improvement, and leveraging technology to drive business growth. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management degree and holds an MBA, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Executive LEAD Certificate from Stanford University.
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, CJ enjoys fitness, cooking, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dogs, Cooper and Tucker.

Amanda Peterson
For over 25 years, Amanda has developed marketing strategy and brands for companies including Sony, Google, Hewlett-Packard, and Logitech; as well as consulting on a wide array of global brands. Most recently, she has focused on ISP marketing including leading brand, social and product marketing at Google Fiber.
She’s taught advertising at the undergraduate and graduate level and been a guest speaker at Regional Fiber Connect, the Product Marketing Alliance, Stanford University, RISD, Providence College, and AIGA San Francisco as well as various in-house corporate teams.
Amanda holds a Master of Fine Arts in Advertising from the Academy of Art in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois - Champaign-Urbana.
She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Dave, her rescue mutt named Friday and more than 50 internet-connected devices.

Neith Myrick
Neith Myrick joined Ting in 2022 with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Over his career, Neith has held various executive leadership and business development roles with Verizon, Capital One, Apogee, American Express, and AT&T. He has led award-winning enterprise sales operations responsible for creating strategic relationships with some of the organization’s largest enterprise customers.
Neith is known for his mentorship and advocacy in promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in leadership roles, embodying a dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace. He earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ’Em) and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Ross Rader
Ross leads Ting’s product innovation, customer experience, and enterprise architecture practices. Throughout his 30+ years at Tucows, Ross has fostered a continuous trajectory of growth across teams, reflecting his dedication to adapting and thriving in an ever-changing landscape while remaining focused on creating simple and powerful customer experiences.
Ross played a fundamental role in introducing the Internet to Canadians through Internet Direct Canada, helping the organization to grow from a startup to Canada's largest privately held ISP. He was a key figure in the creation and launch of Tucows' OpenSRS and Hover, and has shaped domestic and international Internet policy, enhancing consumer rights and promoting a free and open Internet. His leadership approach and customer-centric philosophy help drive Ting's ongoing success and evolution as a modern ISP.

Kerris Hougardy
Kerris is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience fostering strategic employee-business partnerships that build engagement, culture and success. Under her leadership, the People Team at Ting are dedicated to advocating for diversity and inclusion, promoting employee wellness and driving continuous process improvement. Kerris champions an excellent employee experience for all of Ting.
Kerris obtained her MBA from Simon Fraser University in 2021 and joined Ting Internet in 2022 to support Ting’s growth in leading the Human Resources function. With an untraditional journey into HR leadership, she has lived across multiple continents and supported numerous industries—but always with a passion for people and fostering environments that drive engagement and fulfillment.

Ivan Ivanov
Ivan Ivanov joined Tucows a Chief Financial Officer in mid 2024, bringing more than 22 years of finance experience to the role.
Prior to Tucows, Ivan served as Executive Director and Head of Finance for both Verizon Business Markets and Verizon Consumer Markets. He began his career at Verizon on the M&A and Corporate Development team, progressing to a variety of other financial specialties, including cash flow planning, network and IT capital allocation, and commercial finance, where he notably led Verizon’s fiber deployment program.
Ivan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Drexel University and his Master of Accounting from Seton Hall University.
