Learn moreThe Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is designed to assist households with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. You can also qualify if your household participates in certain federal assistance programs like Medicaid or is receiving WIC benefits.
Once you’ve confirmed that you’re eligible for ACP, you must register and provide documentation through the National Verifier.
After qualifying for ACP and receiving an application ID, come back to this page and complete the Ting Internet verification form using the link below. Then we will apply the ACP discount and ensure you receive your free¹ internet access from Ting.
After completing the Ting Internet verification form, sign up for Ting Internet below. You’ll receive a free rental² of a premium Wi-Fi 6 router and will not be charged for any start-up costs.
Note: When placing your order, you’ll have to select our standard Home Gigabit plan and enter your credit card details. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged as long as you complete Steps 2 & 3 above prior to placing your order.
Eligible customers can choose to apply the $100 ACP device credit to the purchase of a Lenovo Tablet through Ting. Ting Internet is offering qualifying customers a Lenovo M8 HD tablet for only $20 plus taxes on the full $120 retail price. To purchase the Lenovo M8 Tablet:

The Affordable Connectivity Program is a long-term broadband subsidy program that launched on December 31, 2021. It provides qualifying households with a monthly discount on their residential internet service. The aim of the program is to make broadband affordable for the many Americans who rely on it for work, school, health care and more.
The ACP replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB) on December 31, 2021.

Once your eligibility has been confirmed, we’ll charge the credit card associated with your Ting Internet account for the $120 tablet price and sales tax minus the $100 one-time ACP device credit. We’ll email you to confirm once your payment has been processed and ship your device to the address submitted through this form within five business days.
Terms and conditions:
There is no set end date for the ACP, but the program is expected to be around long term. The program has received $14.2 billion in funding to date.

¹Ting Internet service will be free ($30 ACP discount plus additional Ting subsidy) once the customer has qualified for ACP, enrolled with Ting through the Ting Internet verification form and ordered Ting Internet.
²Free rental of a Wi-Fi 6 router as long as the customer qualifies for ACP, is enrolled with Ting through the Ting Internet verification form and has an active subscription with Ting.
(1) The Affordable Connectivity Program is a government program that reduces the customer's broadband internet access service bill; (2) the household may obtain ACP-supported broadband service from any participating provider of its choosing; (3) the household may apply the ACP benefit to any broadband service offering of the participating provider at the same terms available to households that are not eligible for ACP-supported service; (4) Ting may disconnect the household's ACP-supported service after 90 consecutive days of nonpayment; (5) the household will be subject to the provider's undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions if the program ends, if the consumer transfers their benefit to another provider but continues to receive service from the current provider, or upon de-enrollment from the Affordable Connectivity Program; and (6) the household may file a complaint against its provider via the Commission's Consumer Complaint Center. Although we offer devices eligible for a one-time discount through the ACP, you are under no requirement to purchase or accept the device in order to enroll in the program.
